The First Recorded Caleb Kinzie Family Reunion
The first official Caleb Kinzie Reunion was held at the home of Charles Fremont Alexander and Lydia Mae Kinzie Alexander’s farm in 1925. Lydia’s brother, David Lewis Kinzie told all of his children he would pay for their expenses if they attended the reunion, which they all attended and David did pay for their expenses.
